RecommendedFirestone at Coddingtown gets my highest rating for niceness and good service. They ran right out and checked all my car fluids, listened to the engine, and just advised to to get it in for a good check soon - which I shall, on my vacation days, probs. This is not the first time I have pulled up late and asked to have something checked - bless them! They have also done excellent repairs for me and worked with my budget, only doing what was needed.
Customer service ever staying there for almost 22 minutes 1 person at the roadster manager walks way to have a personal conversation on his phone as there's 3 of us in line waiting to be helped just wanted to " !! How about be a manager and help out the employee that's by himself
Worst service ever I would never go there again. I bought two tires about two weeks ago and payed protection. A nail got stuck in the tire I took it so they could fix it and tried to charge me for it. Just because it was close to the edge they didn’t want to fix it. They wanted to give me a tire but they wanted to charge me for it. Then what was the point of paying the protection.
Awesome customer service , great deal on my tire, very friendly and Billy got me back on the road in no time!
