Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really take the time to listen to your concerns or issues with your car and go above and beyond to make sure your issue is fix. Highly recommend them.
My buddy got a flat on his way to work and popped his spare tire on for it to go flat as well on the freeway right at the 46 exit on 80. The side wall had a hole I could almost get my finger through, so I quick patch would not of helped. We took the tire to Walmart they said maybe the end of the night, called pep boys and they said they were really busy. I brought all my tires there. I must be honest. When I do have to go get my tires rotated I get scared. They come back with things that need to be looked into or fixed. Which is ok I guess. I go somewhere else. Job that might course $300 with firstone is double. The staff is amazing . Do my oil changes brakes. Small stuff.
We had the worst experience there ever, scheduled an alignment & they told us we needed ball joints which we didn’t my hubby just replaced them himself, so after we refused the work they wouldn’t even give us our free rotation on the 4 tires we bought from them!!!! NEVER again will we EVER do business with them again.....terrible terrible service they should be ashamed & even the guys at service desk we not very nice & didn’t handle the situation in a good way!!!!!! They suck !!!!!!!!
Had to take my car in twice for the Why I will NEVER trust you again is more simple. I had my Aldi's quarter in my cup hold and a penny. I almost picked up my quarter but thought I was overreacting. I left my Aldi's quarter in the cup hold. Upon return my penny was there and my quarter is gone. I almost went in and complained but if a service tech is so poor off they need to steal my quarter they must need it more than me. However, if this is the type of employees you have I will never trust you again.
These guys deserve respect and YOUR business. I am so happy to find an honest team of mechanics and many with huge hearts.
