I’ve been coming to the ambassador location for I believe 6 years it first started when I lived near by and needed a new set of tires , I met Tim then , he’s always been polite and courteous, suggest other services without being overly pushy and always warns how exactly long something will take . I’ve now moved about 37 min away and work as a rural mail carrier who has to supply their own vehicle for the route , I’m always in need of tires , it usually change my own brakes and other components but I don’t have nor can afford... read more

First of all Mr Tim and his crew top notch I have been dealing with Tim for a while now and he talks to me like I am a friend not just another customer. Tim is the ultimate professional and in my opinion the best at what he does , he's honest ,respectful and actually cares about customers. Thanks so much Tim and crew!!!
Awesome service. The teamwork was admirable. I was thoroughly explained what work was suggested at my vehicle mileage along with my initial concern being addressed. I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced and to my surprise it was actually finished earlier than I expected considering how many customers were being serviced. I would recommend this business.
