took 3 hours to get 4 tires put on & they attempted a front end alignment. A no go........But the people Are very friendly.Maybe it was just a off day.
So I go into firestone to have an alignment, tire rotation and balance. They did NONE of the above. Had to find a ride to take me there AND pick me up. I purchased a lifetime warranty for alignment along with tire protection/rotation. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I recommend them to anyone! Enough said
Robert is probably the best tech around. Fixed right with careful attention to detail. Only guy I let do my alignment
This is not my first experience with Firestone. The entire store is overpriced so beware of rip offs. When my check engine light came on, I was charged $100 + taxes and "shop supplies" to run 1 diagnostic test to even find out what was wrong with it. I look up the two parts and both were $50 under the estimate this location gave me ($100 difference folks!). What's worse is they wanted to charge $120 for removal of two parts. I have nothing but love for this place! Travis and his staff have been extremely helpful to me. In the wake forest area, I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.
Was a good experience getting new tires. Very professional and very customer oriented. Would recommend.
