We had an appointment for 2 pm to get 4 new tires and alignment. We were given an approximate finish time of 4:30. At 4:40 they hadn't even pulled the Jeep in to start on it.....WHAT? No phone call, no apology. So here we sit.......3 and half hours later.......STILL WAITING. Never again.

Experience was fine. Got done what I needed to get done in a semi-reasonable time. Got there around 10 and was gone by noon. Much shorter time than if I were to take it into a dealership. People were friendly and didn't try to get me to do any extra work that wasn't needed. Even took off the price of an air filter from the package I got because they said the filter looked fine.
Just caught them ripping of the lease company for service. They said they rotated the tires but the last time it was in the replaced the driver side rear tire and they lost the center hub. That tire was still in the same position. Shame shame
Been sitting here since 9:45 for alignment and oil change appointment at 10 AM didn't take truck in until 10:38am. Still sitting in waiting room .........not happy with the way this is going.
