incredibly slow service. after an hour and a half I decided to leave. Two other people also went in and left due to the lack of service. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but they are consistent one thing and that's disappointing. I have also noticed the two guys that work the desk are not very honest and lack cuatomer service skills. If we want good companies in El Paso we need to shut down the bad ones. My husband, Bruce Posey, already reported on this store’s failure to respect our “appointment” time. Today, I realized that in my anxious excitement to work (I provide rideshare services) after getting my car back, I forgot to make sure I also received my lugnut lock back from them. Now, they have insisted it was returned into a “pouch” on my car manual book, which does not exist. Don’t go here. Set up a app for 11. They told me would be a few hours. Called at 1300 and told they haven’t even looked at it. Guy was rude and seemed to not care about fixing the vehicle. Service over last few years has got worse and worse. Think this will be the final time I used Firestone and I have been using them for 15 plus years.
