Don't lie to me and tell me I need new tires whenever I come in to have a flat fixed. You did this to me several years ago. I knew that the technician wasn't telling me the truth since the nail I needed removed was well over an inch into the tread. I took the car across the street and they fixed it. i took my truck in to get a tire repair and balance. got there at 10:30am. truck was ready at 3:30pm. couldn't believe it took 5 hrs.
We traveled from Oregon to Louisiana and were headed home when we got a flat in Van Horn, Texas. The manager Rudy and staff and Firestone were amazing! Thank you for getting us back on the road. 😁

Good customer service, fast and reliable. Went there thinking my battery was not holding a charge and it turns out it was the alternator. The alternator was under warranty and was replaced free of charge.
