I came in as I was driving across Florida from Tampa to Hobe Sound. I was one hour into the drive and came to have my car checked to make sure it was okay to drive the remaining 2 hours home. I felt like the car was straining almost like when it needs to be shifted but the tachometer was not going up. Also I had smelled a slight burning scent that was short-lived. New to the Lakeland area and was referred to this Firestone. Thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Didn’t realize it was almost closing time when I asked for a tire rotation. But they did it anyway then gave me a heck of a deal on new tires. Can’t say thank you enough to Lisa, EMS, and the rest of the Firestone family. Keep it up!
I got a great experience here at firestone, they i got towed there and waited 8 hours so they could get the specific tires i need. Way better than waiting 3 days like their competitor was offering. They also aligned the tired etc
