Update: Went in on 3/26/26 in the afternoon for a maintenance oil change, notice it’s a new staff, I figured Mahendra just hired a few new helpers. While I’m waiting for my oil change to be done I’m told that my brakes need immediate fixing, I’m aware they need maintenance soon but wasn’t expecting the front counter associate to pester me about applying for the Firestone credit card, after I politely decline his demeanor changed and the rest of the conversation felt as if he was talking down on me just because I didn’t want ... read more

Very very disappointed to say the least I've been going to this location for quite a while now (5105 florida ave in lakeland florida) and even purchased tires not to long ago for my truck so I go there now for my oil change tire rotation and alinement check. well as of today I will not longer be going there, set up an appointment for 8 am this morning to get the oil changed, tire rotation and an alinement check , was literally there at 759 am waiting for the door to open, the guy let's me in looking quite horrible on the hyg... read more
