i needed an alignment asap only to find out i also needed 2 new tires… budget was short and i needed them done same day so i took the cheaper tire option which ended up not being in store and one of the employees drove to another location that had it to pick them up and bring them back over to this location since i only had the one day to get them done, with no hesitation! amazing service and my car drives perfectly!
Between Karam and Joe they helped me deal with a warranty issue and get my Jeep Wrangler road worthy again. The mechanic who dealt with my car, Mike, has been there a long time and really knows his stuff. I always feel like I'm in great hands with this Firestone Team! 10 Stars!!
