I'm pretty sure that they misdiagnosed my steering rack, tie rods, and battery as being bad. I replaced all of these parts and doing so made no difference. I then replaced the alternator and one of the cv axles which fixed the problems. I'm not entirely sure that the parts they said were faulty really were not faulty, but replacing them did not fix the loose front end and dying battery. They wanted $190 to replace both outer tie rods which I did myself in ten minutes with top quality tie rods for $35. Only go to Firestone fo... read more
