RecommendedI deliver a bunch of cars to them for repairs ,so today My wife an I go for 2 tires,rotation an a alignment best vechicle service ive had in awhile, Jesse who preformed everything I needed done to my only vechicle was great an he will recieve my other vechicles for repair soon. Was recommended to go to Firestone after my car could not pass inspection because the check engine light was on. They changed the part that the computer said was malfunctioning drove it about 40 miles and the light came back on. Went back and they needed to change another part however they did not charge me for that part. Drove another 40 miles and the light came back. Went back and they changed another part at no charge. Our radiator blew while on the Interstate and Progressive had us towed to Firestone in Lexington. They searched high and low for a new radiator for us knowing we weren’t from the area and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Can’t say how much we appreciate the mechanics here!!

Firestone in Lexington NC does all my maintenance on all 3 personal vehicles plus my company vehicle. Great group to work with!!!!
If I could give less than one star I would. They’ve screwed my son over a freshman in college by badgering him into paying to have all of his spark plugs replaced when he only needed the one associated with the bad coil because they had been done by another Firestone 6 months previously. He is a freshman in college and the $600+ bill was unnecessary. Today just ripped it for me they wouldn’t put my tires on the wheels and mount and balance them.
