They changed the lower control arms on my car. Afterwards I took my car elsewhere for alignment b/c they could not accommodate the lowered height. It was discovered that there was a loose tie rod, and bent subframe. Don't know if Firestone did not put back the tie rod or if it was loose beforehand. But giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did not tell me about the loose tie rod or bent subframe. Thank goodness for the second shop that put the tie rod back in place without charge, and warned me of the subframe. That is ... read more
