My first time there, walked in and walked out. Corporate needs to up their customer service training. Unfriendly staff that initially ignore your arrival and then tell you a service you need and advised them of online isn't available there? Oh and that they "usually" call customers to advise them of this? I didn't receive a call🤷♀️, I was given information contrary to what I've been doing for 4 years to maintain my car and all of this with an attitude? Nope.

I have no idea why this place takes hours to do basic things like an oil change. I also have no idea why every single time you go in for something they tell you that there’s other problems. But I do know that I’ll never go back in there again to find out.
I’ve been going there since 1999. Always treated me right and never had a problem with their service.
They screwed up my lug nuts and studs rotating my tires. Seriously then had the nerve to try and charge me 8.00 a piece for lug nuts. Went to Rays Automotive in New Bedford and bought 3 new lug nuts for 11.00. Now on I'll rotate my own damn tires and work on my truck. I wouldn't trust them with a squirt gun nether less a impact gun.
Worst place ever. Paid $224 for labor for spark plugs of all things, plus $100 for an engine diagnostic that just scanned for codes when I had none. No further digging was done to diagnose my problem. Biggest waste of money n my car still doesn't run right. Also had to tell them what else was wrong with certain parts AFTER they supposedly looked the entire car over. Stay away! Go to a real mechanic that knows what they're doing!!
