I've been going to Firestone for a while now they have excellent service friendly staff but I am very disappointed I went in to see if there was anything wrong with my AC and of course , they told me that my compressor went out. the price was a little pricey so I got a second opinion from the dealership... there was nothing wrong with my compressor it was completely fine all it need it was freon and a small leak.... wow I don't know if you have employees that don't know what they're talking about or you guys just like to rip... read more
I brought my vehicle in at 11:00am for alignment check, tire rotation and balance is 3:00 pm and still waiting. I just hope they do a better job then last time!
Took my wife’s car in knowing the number 1 cylinder was misfiring, and asked for a diagnostic. After getting an oil change there 2 weeks ago. They did an inspection and changed the one spark plug and charge me about $130. Complete rip off. Car is running worse and I will not be going back.
Great customer service and they do a great job on vehicles. Never have had an issue.

When Kevin & Becky were here, this place was SO GOOD. Now, they have a manager, Lauro Chavez, and you can't believe A WORD out of his mouth. Three and a half weeks ago, I stopped in to make an appointment to get my air conditioning fixed. Chavez scheduled it for Saturday because he said, That's when the tech would be back." Serious management issue. Employees have no drive. I have never seen people walk/work so slow. Currently going on 1.75 hour to mount And balance 4 tires. This is a 30 min job. They stop working to bring in more cars then raise the hood to make it look like someone is working on it. I arrived 15 min before my scheduled appointment just to have them raise the hood, remove the wheels and let it sit for an hour. Tires were in stock. Horrible experience.
The service was friendly and attentive. Sad to hear Kevin and Becky no longer work there but again staff seemed to do job right and prompt for what was requested at the time.
