The facility has virtually no parking. Went in May and there were techs just sitting around watching movies in the lobby. Returned for the same issue in July (leaking tire valves...glad I purchased hazard ins for the tires) but they said they were unable to look at it until 2 days later. Because they were short-handed, they also decided to change their hours. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I have used Firestone exclusively since purchasing my Chevy Impala on 2007. I am experiencing an issue and made an appointment to have them take a look. I was informed tgat tgey need $100 (NEVER BEFORE REQUESTED) and I would have to leave it all day, presumably to make sure there are expensive repairs required. It takes five minutes to run computer diagnostics. They lost a long time loyal customer today.
They treat men better than women. They do not communicate well with their customers. The last time I was in the technician threw my keys from the shop to the waiting area and laughed about it when it slammed to the concrete. The GM doesn't stand by his word when something goes wrong either. Also, very improperly trained about how to run credit cards. they fraudulently allowed someone to use my information more than once and had my information saved to someone else's account. the GM removed it in front of me. our car broke down Friday night we got it towed it's now Wednesday and its still not done my husband and I has fo pay for a rental car since we have no other means of transportation if it is still not fixed by the time he gets off school he goes to college then were towing it to another shop that can fix it problem is it's an easy fix a hose a clamp and a connector piece should of only took 5 to 10 min to fix yet were going on day 4 and still not fixed I would not recommend Firestone in janesville Wisconsin
I've used Firestone twice. Both times I was treated with exceptional service. they are courteous, fast, and very reasonably priced. I'm so grateful to them for fixing my tire in a timely manner.
Did a great job. Will definitely go back when in need of tires or anything else.
