This morning I drove from the coast to Corvallis for an appointment, when I left the appointment my car started making the most God awful noise. I googled mechanics near me, came up with Firestone, drove straight there come to find out I had a huge tree branch lodged under my vehicle. The staff, Ken and Chris were amazing, no charge and I drove out of there feeling safe in my car.
I arrived to see 3 workers sitting on table. No cars being worked on. After 20 min after my scheduled appointment time I noticed my car still hasn't been started. So I had to go ask if they were planning on working today? I have had issues everytime. The first time they screwed up my alignment and screwed my new tires up. I am still waiting on my call back about that issue
Fair prices, but they left the center cap off on of my wheels, never did get it back.
Tried to rip off my wife. They said tire was ruined and all four had to be replaced due to all wheel drive. As soon as I saw where small nail was I knew it was a scam. I worked at a tire shop so I know a little bit. Tire section goes down sidewall and they were trying to say it was sidewall. Took it to Les Schwab and they fixed it no questions asked. I will never buy anything from Firestone again.
the only place i could find open on a sunday, and im glad i did. the staff was friendly, and was able to work me into a busy afternoon.
