Ridiculously slow. Despite making an appointment for an oil change (and indicating we would stay at the service center), it still took over 4 hours. EVERY single person who brought their vehicle in was hit up for additional “recommended services” to the tune of between $300 and $500. Every single person. Most were smart enough to recognize the racket but some didn’t. Insane. I won’t be back again.
I love Firestone!!!! I've been going to them for over 10yrs and they have always given excellent service and not only that, they care about their customers. I recommend them to everyone.
so, not sure why it took 4 hours to replace one tire!!! I should have been towed to Costco instead...
Service was OK appt.at9out 1 brakes,linemen the ect.no squeaky noise happy so far.
Dropped my tire off for repair. Got a great deal under the road hazardous warranty! Thanks Tyrone!
Dropped car off at 11AM. At 4:50 they hadn't started. All I was needing was an oil change. However, a group of employees were taking a smoke break in the parking lot for all customers to see.
