Although I did not have a scheduled appointment when I called to speak about my issue Mr. Rodney had me to come on in and they took care of me without issue. The only drawback was minor, the amount of time I ended up waiting for them to complete the alignment. Other than that I would recommend taking your car care needs to Firestone. Mr. Rodney got me in and out and explained everything with care and precision. Grateful for it all. Thank you
