Asked that tires be rotated decided to mark them and guess what ?? They did not rotate them now I am having to wait after they have had it all day. Did they change the air filter? And or do all the other things I asked to be done? Integrity is important with a business I have to be able to trust the people working on my car!
Firestone Tires is the worse place to go to!! I went to get my car inspected they did everything to over change me � I told them to leave my car alone I was gonna go somewhere else they broke my tires lock even after I told them not to!! And charged me $100�
I called the store at 1:53pm and asked if they had time to fix a flat and do a state inspection. I was told no problem we should have you done by around 6 if you can get here before an hour. I explained to the man on the phone that I would be there in 11 mins. Now I got there and checked in my truck before 2 pm. So from 2pm to 4pm I was with my wife grabbed some food and went and walked around the mall and some other stores and they called and said that they wouldn't be able to get the state inspection done today just fix th... read more
