Today the folks a Firestone turned my horrible day into a better one. I hit a curb and destroyed my front tire. I had to work at three and it was already one. I called to see if they carried that brand.... And didn't know the size....Jason ran across the busy road to check and called me back!!! That is some excellent customer service in my book. They had the tire.... I got there a soon as my Dr. appt was done after 2pm And my car was back on the road in less than 30 minutes which got me to work on time!! Thank you Jason and ... read more
