We showed up with our rental car with a donut tire on. They were super fast and kind in setting us up with a new tire! So helpful and accommodating. Great service!

Quick service, Dustin the service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was even funny to boot ,
Disappointed again. If it's not one problem it's another with these guys. My wife picked this spot due to being close to her work.. This time we dropped it off the day before to change the winter tires to summer, oil change and inspection. The next day at 4pm finally a call from to tell her everything has passed but the e brake wont hold so it will not pass inspection. Can't find the aftermarket lines but can get them from the dealer..$500+. I'll give a local guy the business and stay away from corporations. They sound like ... read more
Diagonosed problem but never provided a complete estimate and even suggested that I go to a Saab specialist on 6/6. Asked for refund of diagnosis fees after 3 wks of not hearing back. Took care to European car specialist and it was the compressor that was broken. Almost 8 wks of driving in this heat wave for no reason. Went back on 7/28 with repair bill and asked for an explanation of misdiagnosis and the store manager never even bothered to call back.
It should not take 1.75 hours to put on snow tires and an oil change..,nice people but theres more to life then sitting in a waiting room all evening.
