I went in with a used car I bought a month prior and Michael Ahrens listened intently and walked me out to check my engine. I was so embarrassed because I made such a huge mistake but he remained calm and told me they’d take care of it. They fixed the issue and I left. Oil change was fast and easy. Reps were respectful and courteous. I will recommend them.
