I had a 1:00 o’clock appointment Sunday for an alignment check and wheel vibration. The manager had someone immediately start work on my vehicle and they immediate diagnosed the vibration issue to a specific tire and completed the job in 30 minutes. That’s great customer service!
Huge THANK YOU to Michael Ahrens, Store Manager, for fixing my Dad’s car recently on a Sunday. My family was traveling to Myrtle Beach on I-95 South when an ABS and stabilization control light popped up on his Cadillac near Rocky Mount, NC.
