I’d previously had relatively positive experiences with this business. However, my most recent experience was my last. I brought my truck in to be serviced towards the end of the week. Like any other time, I’m anticipating to be contacted once the service is complete. 1. They couldn’t find out what was wrong with my vehicle. 2. They refused to do any other services until they could find out what the major issue was (they never found out so they completely disregarded the smaller issues that I asked them to fix.
