We got a flat on our way home from vacation and they replaced the tire in the parking lot so we didn't have to unpack and repack the car multiple times to get the donut back in. Made the whole experience that much less tedious for us
Disappointing experience with Firestone today 09/15. I ordered four tires and an alignment yesterday and was called today while at work and told to bring my truck in, with the expectation it would take about an hour\. After leaving work and waiting over two hours, my truck was still sitting outside untouched\. I understand delays happen, but communication and respecting a customer’s time goes a long way. I declined the $50 credit, requested a refund, and will take my business elsewhere.
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and annual state inspection. Staff was great, wait was short, and price was reasonable. This is our third year with this location, service has been exceptional each time.
I’m in Gastonia North Carolina and I had a customer buy a preowned vehicle from me and when she went out of town the vehicle stopped on her. She sent her location and I searched shops open on Sundays for her to take it to. I called and Micheal answered and helped us strategize to help her get there safely to the shop and do a diagnostic and repair. This process was effortless because of his professionalism and we made arrangements to take care of the customer. 100% recommend these folks!
Horrible Service! The manager, Michael, is the worst manager and lacks customer service skills. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!
