I was 600 miles from home with cords showing on my tires from a bad alignment 30 days ago. Stephanie, the store manager, went out of her way to make it right--going to Rogers to get 2 new tires and having ready the next morning. Thanks again
The technician's can not properly drive a manual and made up reasons why they couldn't get my alignment in spec. I will not be going back or recommending.
The inside staff is friendly. I came in to have my tires rotated and an oil change. They told me my break lights are out I asked if they could just check the fuse under the dash. They told me the tech will not without charging me 40.00 Not the best customer experience I have had
I had 2 nails in my tire. They did a great job fixing my tire.
They are honest! They initially thought I had a $500+ issue with my car and I told them to go ahead and fix it but once they got to removing things, they found out it was just a pin not working properly and fixed it for nothing. They could have easily charged me for a new part and labor that I didn't need and I would have never known I didn't need it! I will only take my car to them from now on!
Friendly and very helpful with my car needs. I will recommend Firestone to my friends.
