Worst experience in any Firestone I have been to. They refused to accept coupons from their own website and declined to do the basic tire rotation when I didn't agree for their higher priced oil change.
This Firestone provides the most exceptional service i have ever received from any auto shops. My family and I have been coming here for work done on all of our vehicles for many years and they always provide perfect service on top of efficiency and excellent customer service.
Great customer service from Evelyn in particular. I had a bad experience with Vijay Singh at Just Tires, so I came here to Firestone and Evelyn really made my day with her great smile and customer service. A great attitude really can spread joy to somebody thumbs up
