I can't thank them enough. The Firestone on Burnside was not only convenient with Max just down the street, but Bryan was great. He handled all my problem and had my car repaired by the end of the day. I was on a budget, and he was great about working with me to keep every thing affordable. Thanks again, I would highly recommend!
I do not recommend this locate for auto repair. They are condescending, untruthful, and over priced. They make agreements over the phone and then do not stick to those agreements and charge vulnerable customers on site. Brian Tidwell is the manager and is dishonest and a cheat.
I'd like to lodge a complaint against Firestone Complete Auto Care at 815 W Burnside. They charged us an addtional $350 to fix a problem they overlooked and /or created when we brought our care into their business and spent money to fix a problem TWICE this month. We got our insurance to cover a tow into their shop today when 48 hours after we had drove away from their business our car would not start. Outstanding Customer Service – This establishment is one of a kind. The Service Manager, Catrina, is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. I have bought tire chains there and had my battery checked. I am never disappointed when I visit them.
Knows their stuff – I was needing advice on tires and called this store at random and spoke to a very helpful woman who was able to advise me very well even though I was not a customer and there was not necessarily a sale on the line for them. I will remember them for next time!
