Stopped for some new tires on my motorhome, called ahead so I don't have to wait except for the installation, great place to buy tires and other services!
RecommendedI knew I needed a tire and alignment. During their inspection, they found no coolant in the reservoir and moisture around the water pump. In the process of replacing the pump, they found a break in a hose... Since we had just inherited this vehicle, I had no idea what to expect. They were very thorough with their inspection and treated me fairly. And, for all they did, the pricing was decent! Good job, Firestone! Thanks!!!
Well, I really think 3 hrs to install 4 new tires was a little to long. The work was good but think the time to do the job was way to long. Want to have my transmission serviced but how long will that take? Had a 8 am appointment and got there at 730 am. Done at 1100 am.
the helped me out tremendously if they haven't helped me with putting 4 new tires on my truck and doing an alignment my transmission would have been done for thank you for all you do for us that are really in need of help when no one else is able to!!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or help with their car. Everyone else was giving me estimates of 700 or 800 and I spent a total of 500-600.
Needed 4 tires.... Went online last night to find pricing.... Found what I needed... Scheduled my appointment for noon today... Got a call just about 20 minutes after I set the appointment.. Brad let me know the tires I wanted were unavailable for today... They could have them for Monday. I NEEDED TIRES IMMEDIATELY. He found comparable tires, for less money, at just as good quality, and confirmed my appointment. The staff was very professional, polite, and explained everything to me.
