Very unprofessional experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 1840 South Road in Wappingers Falls on February 27, 2026. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and returned at 3:00 PM to pick up my vehicle. The front desk staff informed me that the rear brake discs needed to be replaced. I agreed and specifically asked how long it would take. I was clearly told it would be finished in less than one hour. Always kind and helpful. The men and women that work at this Firestone are all amazing. They go above and beyond. So glad I found this place. Because being an older female, I'm always concerned about getting ripped off. I always feel secure with any recommendations they have. I've been going here for many years.
