Most misogynistic insulting employees I’ve ever encountered. The person who checked me in mocked the fact that I didn’t know my exact mileage. I went for an oil change and was told I needed several other services, which I did not. I had my car checked by a private mechanic and he corroborated. The fact that I was a woman was a huge factor. Take your car some place else, they replace parts that do not need to be replaced. If you let them work on your car your next stop will be the Better Business Bureau.
