Very unhappy, if you cant do a alignment, don't try to do it , and then charge for it.

Took car in for a simple inspection. Was told I needed new calipers. Declined service and paid fee for a failed inspection. Took car to my normal mechanic, absolutely nothing wrong with braking system. However I did need new wiper blades which Firestone did not mention. Car passes inspection. I was lied to with such ease it must be there normal mode of business. Never again. Buyer beware.

Christmas Day .... nail in tire. We had holiday ruined. Next day, Needed the tire repaired! That's it ..... the manager tells me 2 hours to get it in the building, up to 4 hours to get it completed. I told him I wasn't from here asked for other options ....not real helpful. I then asked him if he was the manager and of course he was - big ego. He then sarcastically said Merry Christmas. I received terrific service. I had gotten A flat tire on the way home from work and rolled into Firestone. They were curious and vey attentive. Thank you.
They always take good care of my car. I got my brakes done.
