Impeccably slow..4 hours for 2 new tires with an appointment. Left valve stems off the tires even Neglected to finish an alignment, tie rod was too tight. Took it to a 145 pound man in a garage with floor jacks who just added a little heat, loosened fine.

Great service and nice employees
Got bit by a pit bull mix upon entering the store. Kent never left the counter to help or even ask if I was ok. His response was the dog was fine until I came in. Ended up with a flesh-eating virus and emergency surgery.
This store has outstanding customer service! The guys are very personable, laid back, and not pushy at all with sales. They’ll give you a diagnostic report, estimate, and work with you to repair your car and meet your individual needs. This is the only place I will go to and it’s 45 miles from my house.
I'm not sure who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and helped me male the best decisions while on a budget. The work is 5 stars hands down and the sales associate was extremely friendly and helped the wait go by faster. I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs a last second fix or one for a lifetime!
I know NOTHING about cars, so when I got a flat tire and didn't have a spare I was in peril. But everyone there was so nice to me and took care of me so well. I'll definitely go here in the future.
