I brought my car in today to have four new tires installed and for an alignment. After I picked it up and was driving away, I checked the tire pressure. The tires were inflated to four different pressures. I thought maybe that was because they were new. I drove about 15 miles And pulled over and did a reset. It was the same numbers. We had a serious car problem as we were traveling from Tennessee to Michigan near West Chester OH. We were able to ask someone for a recommendation for someone to check our tires and whatever else was wrong. They pointed us to Firestone in West Chester. We’re so thankful that we went there. Doug and Jarrod got right on it and they worked for most of the rest of the day. Then they did a road test. I have been going to Firestone for many years due to John "Chico" Ortiz. His knowledge as a mechanic and service advisor has surpassed that of all others I have dealt with. I continue to take my vehicles to Firestone because of Chico and will continue to recommend my family and friends to go there as well.
These guys are dirty bags who recently took advantage of my mother who is 75 years old. She took her car in for an inspection her car has a warranty but she likes (or did until I explained how they scammed her) and wanted to get it inspected there. Well, the car failed inspection due to a bushing hat needed to be replaced. Firestone 4C, 84 day oil leak. I had my 6,000 mile oil change on 10/20 which resulted in an oil leak and over 150 oil stains on my driveway. I then had 3 follow up appointments to stop it and they could not find it. Then 12 days after the 3rd appointment, I got a call from Firestone telling me that they found the leak, how is that possible, someone there must have ESP. The worst service writer, she made me wait 10min before taking my info, then tells me they can’t do my alignment. I paid for unlimited alignments with tire plus. I thought Tire Plus and Firestone were affiliated. She would not honor the contract!
the alternator on my car quit working and it was running my battery dead i was 200 miles from home by my self i went to fire stone for help and they refused to put my new alternator on so i could get home had to call home and get my brother to drive 200 miles to come and get me and plus have my car hauled home firestone turned me away when i needed help in the worse way firestone does not car about helping people so if your car starts giving trouble while your at the beach on vacation dont go to firestone

went to Firestone for a front end alignment for my vehicle 02/18/2024 and deeply regret it now.They severely scratched up all 4 of my custom wheels on my vehicle after having to do the alignment 3 times which still isn't right.The Service Advisor Isaias was supposed to take care of me and replace my wheels and even wrote twice on 2 documents from them that they damaged my wheels and i'm now just getting the run around.He even went on vacation and left me hanging about it and didn't even bother to tell me the status of my whe... read more
