The worst service writer, she made me wait 10min before taking my info, then tells me they can’t do my alignment. I paid for unlimited alignments with tire plus. I thought Tire Plus and Firestone were affiliated. She would not honor the contract!

If I could give it zero stars and still review this business, I would. Car's A/C wasn't working so I took it for inspection. Total estimate for parts and labor was for more than $2,600. Their quote for parts was more than $1,300 so I Googled the part numbers and found several known and reputable auto parts stores with prices averaging a third of Firestone's quote for parts. Long story short, ended up replacing the same parts quoted and my grand total with labor was $740!! That's 72% cheaper than Firestone's quote!! Are they ... read more

I've done lots of business over the years with several Firestone locations, but this location is subpar to say the least. I asked them to replace 3 tires, change my oil and to fix the power steering that wasn't properly fixed the first time I paid them to fix it. Long story short, Exaul the tech working on my car broke all 3 of the middle caps on my rims. What a horrible place. I brought my car there at 7:30 this morning it's now 11:30, four hours later, can't get through to a single person. I keep getting put on an endless hold, and all I needed was to put a valve on my air conditioning and charge it. I was told there were two people ahead of me. The service there is terrible, very impersonal. The guy would not even make eye contact. I will never bring my car there again!
