RecommendedGreat service from a great bunch of people! I've had two sets of tires done at Firestone in the last week. They had the second set we needed in stock and even squeezed us in on Saturday. If you need tires and maintenance I would recommend seeing the friendly people at Firestone.

Don’t bother buying road hazard on a set of tires. I purchased a set of tires 10 months ago, I live in a different town as the store; I happened to be in town and my sensor said I had a low tire. I stopped by the store and asked Sean if he could look at it to see if I had a nail or something in, but I thought it might just be the sensor; I was told they could possibly look at it on Monday. Three hour wait for new tires to be put on my car. I was told it would be an hour and a half. No apologies. Tires were way overpriced in comparison to what I found online. If you bought four new tires oil change was free I had to ask for it and was told my oil change was yesterday but they did give it to me. There was also a rebate for four new tires which I didn’t receive. When I left my emissions symbol is on and my car is leaking fluid. I went back at 6 PM because the website says they’re open till nine. They were closed
They’ll keep the light on and doors open if your running late.
Went in to price one tire for my truck around closing time to see if I could afford it out of pocket. Jim the Store Manager went above and beyond the call. He spent the time to inspect my tires and get me in that day, didn't matter that it was close to closing. He also was able to get me a great deal on 4 New truck tires and me approved for a Firestone credit card, so nothing came out of my pocket. I can't say enough great things about this place and these guys. My husband and I were on a quick trip from Cedar City, Utah, 11 hours away, for a job and planning on heading home when our serpentine belt snapped. Originally we were told it might be a week before they could get the part we needed, we told them our situation, that we needed to get back home to my job and our kids, after lots of phone calls they found the part in Denver and had it overnighted.
