I scheduled an appointment online in the morning and that afternoon they wanted to change it. There were two appointments available online when I scheduled and now they are telling me that I don’t have that time slot. I will never go back there and as a company we were getting all of our work done there I will bring this to our owner to look elsewhere. They were not very helpful. Do not go here maybe their customer service will get better in the future.
Today was the second time I brought a vehicle to Firestone for a good look at a car I recently purchased. I wanted to be sure the car I purchased does not have any imminent problems. The mechanic, Robert, was super transparent and honest. I am so thankful for the Broadway store in Chula Vista. Their staff has been super nice both tunes I have been here. I refer my friends, family and customers to this store all the time.
I got my tires for my cars for more than 12 years . They have great customer service and excellent quality. Thank you Bejamin and Julio.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received this passed weekend from Firestore. The service manager displayed exceptional integrity and attention to detail. When he (the service manager) realized that I had paid for a service which was already covered under a life time plan that had been previously purchased for my vehicle, the manager refunded me in full. I applaud his work ethic and integrity and look forward to future vehicle services from Firestone.
