Service was excellent
I am so grateful to Clayton & his team at Raytown Firestone. After a disappointing trip to Walmart on a Sunday afternoon trying to buy tires & have them mounted & balanced, we ended up calling Raytown Firestone. Clayton got us in right away & helped us fix our problem. Thank you so much! If you live close to Raytown, skip Walmart if you want good service. Take your business to Raytown Firestone. My wife pretty much summed it up. We got screwed over at Walmart so I called the Raytown Firestone. I talked to Clayton and he said he could take care of us. That’s exactly what he did. A big shout out to Clayton and the Raytown Firestone crew.
I highly recommend Firestone in ray town, especially if you’re a woman. Clayton did not hesitate when I requested help putting air in my tire. He was fast and very friendly. Went here after the another tire place refused to assist me. I will always go back to Firestone in ray town.
