waited to get 4 tires on my car for 4/ hrs and they didn't even do anything to my car put a spare on it said my rim was bent never go there again said it would be $954.00 what a joke!!!
Visit the hazleton locally to get my tires rotated and wheel alignment last time they do a free inspected on the car include was told that they don't check the breaks but at a extra cost and paid extra and said I need a new cabin filter. And waited 5 hours for a tire rotation and wheel alignment Visit the wilkesbarre Firestone in wilkesbarre on Saturday found out they do check the breaks for free and my cabin filter was good. I waited 30 minutes in wilkesbarre

On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd. Went in for an oil change, tire balance and rotation, and a wheel alignment. A bolt was accidentally sheared and it's a part that is hard to replace. Firestone is taking care of me and gave me a rental car free of charge until it's fixed. I would give them a five if it wasn't for the bolt that we sheared. It might not have been their fault but you decide.
