Business response:
Hello, Cody. We are so happy to hear that you chose us for your automotive needs. Thank you for being a part of the Firestone family! ^Alexis
waited to get 4 tires on my car for 4/ hrs and they didn't even do anything to my car put a spare on it said my rim was bent never go there again said it would be $954.00 what a joke!!!
Visit the hazleton locally to get my tires rotated and wheel alignment last time they do a free inspected on the car include was told that they don't check the breaks but at a extra cost and paid extra and said I need a new cabin filter. And waited 5 hours for a tire rotation and wheel alignment Visit the wilkesbarre Firestone in wilkesbarre on Saturday found out they do check the breaks for free and my cabin filter was good. I waited 30 minutes in wilkesbarre
RecommendedThank you for the ticket car detailing prize and the alignment!
Had a confirmed appt (by both phone AND email) and work hadn’t even started when I went to pick the car up. Do not use Store #1392. #poorcustomerservice #ridiculous #wasteoftime
RecommendedThanks Rachel & Bob for taking care of me!!
RecommendedVery nice staff. Did a great job quickly at a fair price. Nice facility

Allentown, Pa.) On 5/13/2018 they diagnosed my car and said that I needed a new transmission and both my axel's were broken. They said it would cost $7288.93 for a new transmiss...Continue Reading
Went in for an oil change, tire balance and rotation, and a wheel alignment. A bolt was accidentally sheared and it's a part that is hard to replace. Firestone is taking care of me and gave me a rental car free of charge until it's fixed. I would give them a five if it wasn't for the bolt that we sheared. It might not have been their fault but you decide.
