I called to reserve an appointment for an oil change in advance. The person I spoke to told me that 11 am on Sunday would be a good time. I arrived at 11 and left my car with them. When it was 3 pm and my car was still not in the shop I was furious! They obviously ignored and disrespected me by putting me at the end before closing. I finally got my car back at 4:30 and my day was wasted. Don’t ever go to these people for service because they are liars and crooks. Came in for new tires and a basic oil change! Came back 12 hrs and 30 miles later for engine failure and a low oil light. Ridiculous!
Lied about needing new calipers...after they replaced brakes and rotors ...they messed up putting everything back together....thank goodness for taking it to kens auto....he's amazing
Went for breaks and oil changed and then my car would not start.
Got a Flat tire on a rainy Monday morning. Found the closest place I could, this Firestone. I was in and out in 45 mins! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks guys :)
What's the point of making an appt for 2 if I'm still here at 3:30 how long does it take for a normal oil change.
