Family’s been coming here for decades with good reason.
Poor poor scheduling and service when they are unable to complete what they scheduled.
I had an appointment for an alignment at 11:30am dropped my truck a bit early gave them four hours before checking on it at which point they asked to keep it over night I declined as I planned to leave the state tomorrow so they said it would be done at 5pm at 4:50 the manager called and once again asked to hold it over night I had enough and decided to pick my truck up when I arrived at the shop there was 4 open bays and a handful of employees not actively engaged in working on something it is hands down some of the worst c... read more

Extremely disappointed with this location!!! First of all why on earth do you have the option to schedule if you can’t stick to them?! Never had this issue with Discount tire!! My wife has been waiting outside for an hour to be picked up! An hour!!! When she called to see where her ride was 30 min. Later, YOUR staff was rude! Really?! Because she is in the wrong? If you can’t provide services, DON’T OFFER THEM!! Most definitely DO NOT get rude with your customers, because you can’t provide said services!!!! I have never been... read more
I've only bought tires, and a lifetime alignment here. The staff here seems fairly knowledgeable. I've been a bit disappointed with a couple of the alignments that have been done. However, they've always taken the time to listen to me when I've explained what I'm unhappy about with regard to the work performed and addressed it as best they could.
