Worst experience ever! Here’s how it went: took car in for tire rotation and balance, guy calls me saying all my tires are bad and I need new ones, got expensive, high quality tires less than a year ago so he was lying, pick up my car and the guy doesn’t know how to drive it out of the bay, I get it and start driving, tires are low and need air. Service was horrible and they tried taking advantage of me. I will never go there again or to any other Firestone.
Dont get all the bad reviews. I was told my truck would be done by Noon an it was. Even thou we encountered Some xtra problems. Im satisfied.
If I had all zeros I would rate this place zeros. After making an appointment for my daughter to take my car at 5pm, I get off at work at 6:30 and they still hadn’t even started on my car. The guy answers the phone and had some lame excuse but couldn’t have the courtesy to call and let us know. Save your time and money and stay away from this poor customer service place
They will steal your money! I went there for alignment and was recommended to do more to my car. I agreed to a brake replace only to have the disk turned orange a month later and when I went back to ask why the answer was that they didn't know why it happened but they could gladly replace them if I paid more money. The manager was passive aggressive. I wanted a simple oil change and rotation and he insisted on doing an entire " car care package" up sell.
I don't mind the wait if I feel like I am not being ripped off! They have always been super honest and reasonably priced. We can trust them and if they need to keep the car a little longer then expected...we will work around it. Highly recommend.
