The front desk admin was friendly & attentive. The tire was overpriced, the excess fees were unreasonable, the wait was ridiculous, and claiming that a screw in my other tire was irreparable was laughable. I work at a dealership and the only reason I didn't have my tire changed there was because I had to have it done on a Sunday and we weren't open. Definitely wouldn't recommend, nor go again unless absolutely necessary.
Bought 5 brand new tires they told me it would be $597.00 in total , Had my appt at 3 to have the tires mounted on my truck they didn't start on my truck till an hour and an a half later it took them 2 hours and 1/2 to mounted them after all is done they sock it to me with a bill of $702.20 ....
Spent almost $600 two weeks ago to have my car inspected and an oil change. Ended up needing new tires and my transmission pan was leaking. They replaced the tires but failed to replace the transmission fluid (it was over a quart low when my dad checked it) and the antifreeze was not refilled. It is very disappointing when you spend that much money and trust someone to do quality work but get sloppiness in return.
Started taking my cars here and every time they fixed one thing something expensive broke within weeks of the last repair and always right where they did the first repair. These people don't stand by their work and will set your vehicle up for more repairs. Do not take your car here.
