Firestone, I am still here. About 8 days ago I received a message from Maxwell at your El Dorado location. I have called him 3 times and left 3 messages concerning my refund for the alternator that was improperly installed. I had to come out of pocket for 1100 dollars to replace their bad repair service. I don't understand why you think that I should NOT be refunded my money, but that is the right thing to do. As a result, I will post my situation for all to see. After installing a alternator on my vehicle, and installing it incorrectly I will add,they still doesn't want to refund my money. I had to pay Nissan 1100, to correct their mistake. As a retired U S Marine combat disabled veteran I find this very unfortunate and even more unprofessional. I won't stop until my money is refunded
