When I called about getting new tires, the man to whom I spoke told me the tires would be about $100 each and that I could get a $100 rebate by signing up to be a rewards member. After entering my SSN among other sensitive info into their system, they informed me that I did not qualify for the rebate. I shrugged it off, but it still bothered me. My car DOES NOT DRIVE THE SAME! IT JERKS LIKE THEY LET THE TRANSMISSION FLUID RUN OUT OF IT AND THEU LIED AND SAID I NEED MY TAG LIGHT REPLACED WHEN I HAD JUST GOT A NEW ONE!They have USED TO HAVE good quality car service. they continue to put my car on the back burner when ive dropped my car off hours ahead of other customers when the shop was COMPLETELY EMPTY! Dropped my car off at 8:40am and they waited to get to it.... resulting in me waiting an hour after I got off from work AT 12:30PM (time I dont have)
Have all our vehicle's serviced and repaired here with no problems and great service and attitude.
I love Firestone they keep our car for 10 months with out a problem and fixed everything they are wonderfull ppl and a wonderfull business I wouldn't go to any other place to
If I had a man come in with me I'm sure I would get taken care of quickly and correctly. That however is not the case. Customer service is not socializing or having customers sit and stuck for hours in your shop for a simple tire patch. It's not small talk, sir please stop talking to me and go fix my tire so I can go about my day.
Great customer service! My tire pressure light came on so I stopped in and the gal checked the air on all my tires. I mentioned I didn't have a tire guage so she gave me the one she was using! Aired up my low tire and I was on my way! Thanks!!!!!
