I usually send people here, but not anymore! Dropped tire off around 1:30 pm to be repaired, and person NEVER called me back. Store is obviously closed now, but how is this acceptable behavior, by your employees?
RecommendedGot done quickly. Tires rotated and balanced, oil change, 4 wheel alignment in only an hour. Expected to be there half the day.
My Husband just left there after waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. About a half hour ago he was told the only thing left was tire rotation. Come to find out his car had never even been pulled in the bay. Terrible service, time wasted and job wasn't even done. �
It's pretty bad when you get towed in with a flat tire on back left tire and they put on paper work that it's on right side and when the mechanic go's to change with jack and starts to lift the right without looking to see why the left side is low, and go's as far to take off hub cap and start to loosen lug nuts when my wife walks over and ask him why he's doing that tire when it's the tire on left side, he said cuz my paper work says it on right side, and thanks her for telling him. Very friendly people customer service was excellent only complaint we have almost 3 hour wait to get four tires did not like that but other than that a great experience
While visiting Cocoa Beach, the low pressure light came on in our rental car. Luckily we were close to this shop and pulled in 10 minutes before they closed. The guys took the time to look at the tire and when they found a nail in the tire, they stayed 1/2 hour past closing time to fix it for us rather than leaving us stranded. Great service!
