RecommendedHad to replace my headlamp bulb. I had an appointment on a Saturday and even though they were busy, the moment they took my car back it was done in less than ten minutes. I was expecting to be there for a couple of hours even with my appointment. They were super nice and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone. 👍🏻

An un-named shop told me I needed brakes on my 2013 Subaru.They claimed I had less than ten percent on my pads. I took it to Firestone in Apex after calling several shops for an estimate. After dropping it off and going home to await completion of job I received a call from Firestone. They said I had more than half the life on my brakes and doing a brake job would be throwing money away. I will be going there in the future for all my car repair needs.
They accommodated my unscheduled visit after another store couldn’t do the work. Apex did the work quickly and accurately. Will return.
Be careful. They will tell you need items repaired on your car that do not need repaired. Lost my trust. Get a second option or third opinion.
I drive all the way from N. Raleigh for my car needs.
Service is first rate and trust them completely. But for a quick oil change might not that quick even with an appt. Anything else though trust them far more than any other.
The manager, Dennis, was the nicest, kindest man. I got a flat tire on US 1 during morning rush hour. Limped by way to his store and he was great! Very knowledgeable and great service. I was in and out of there in no time. I will always think very kindly of him and his store.
All the workers do a good job on the cars and is very good help
