over 10 years the only two times i have gone to Firestone for tires, I was always pushed to get alignments when nothing was wrong. the stat sheets showed miniscule drift on the front end, the after allowing the correction, instead of actually doing the work, they simply turn the steering and redo the measurements making the miniscule correction into the green and they would not show me the correction until after the payment.
