Since I was a previous customer I decided to drop off my flat to get it repaired. I was told the tire was to old. Tire Kingdom repaired it free because I had to wait 10 minutes because they were busy. Guess where I’ll be buying tires in the future? This was yesterday.
Firestone has proven to employ honest people and not just there to make money. When the dealership is saying I badly need back brake pads, Firestone staff said that the pads are in good shape and it would be a waste of money to replace them now. They will look at them again when I get an oil change. Highly recommend the Firestone on Del Prado near Walmart.
Thank you Firestone!!! Last night I hit a curb and popped my tire. Went to Tire Kingdom and they told me I bent the wheel. I have to go to Orlando today because my daughter has a bowling tournament tomorrow morning. Orlando is way too far to go on a donut. So, I made some phone calls to try to find a new wheel. Everyone said they would have to order it. Firestone told me to bring it over and they would look at it. Turns out, where it was bent, would not affect the tire. thanks for the lousy service i make a sunday appoinment for a simple oil change and after giving me the wrong vehicle twice and a two hour wait i left in a rage i have had my fleet trucks serviced there for over ten years and 500,000 miles but when i take the issue to steve the permanent manager he can only say " i'll take care of you next time " is this standard company policy ? time to get service elsewhere
