I took my car here to have the tie rods checked. They replaced the inner tie rod, but failed to tell me the outer tie rod also needed to be replaced. They put the defective part back on my car and never said a word. This is not how a competent shop operates. Find someplace else to trust with your car and your safety!
I bought four tires 235/80/16 for a fifth wheel I just purchased 4 tires cost me 800.00. They took the old stem caps off the tires I brought in and put them on the new tires. I have no idea if the used the old stem caps, did they use my old stem valves and charge me for new ones. I would not let them touch a car let alone a tire when the use old parts and possibly charge for new. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.
