Wendell Simmons who is listed as the manager gets on Facebook and makes horrible comments. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't want anyone with that kind of character in charge of working on a vehicle that transports my family.
Wendell Simmons is one disgusting man. I will never bring my car to Firestone again. He has no scruples.
I have used this Firestone location for over 10 years and have had excellent service every time. Good attitude, good work. I always recommend Firestone.

This was by far the BEST Firestone establishment I've ever worked with. I was in trouble and trying to be proactive about my car engine before I found myself stranded. They not only took care of the problem quickly and with a great attitude. They did it same day. Even though I could see they were busy they took me right in and saved me from having a tow truck moment. I would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family.
