I brought my car here twice this week. I wanted an alignment done after getting a new set of tires. After i picked it up, the alignment was straight, but the steering wheel was 2 deg off center. I brought it back within the same week, and they kept almost all day with the car. I called to pickup and the manager said they are still figuring it out and abruptly hung up the phone. I brought my car in for an alignment. After the alignment was complete (which was still needed), we noticed another issue with the vehicle veering; it wasn't alignment related. I was quite surprised at how well and considerate they are for peoples' vehicles. They provided a complimentary diagnosis on the matter, and spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out.
