I needed my flat repair done quickly because I had to get to an important destination. The service was completed in time for me to get there.
1st there, last served, provided a long list of additional problem. Prices quoted were too high. When I drove off, my engine light came on. I came for a 15 min svc (oil change). & break/signal light repair (30 min svc) but was there for 4 hours. Missed 2 appointments, overcharged and not attended to without seeking status of my repair, while others after me were attended to. I was also rudely ignored until I became insistent! Location NOT RECCOMENDED!
Minh amazing at what he does and his attitude and friendly demeanor brings joy when walking in. No shadiness or any sort of personal off setting. Very welcoming and supportive throughout the whole process. Quick and easy and I’m very thrilled to come here as my local shop.
I got a flat tire and called this place about 30 minutes before closing time. Despite it being so close to closing, they were kind enough to help me patch my tire and get me safely back on the road. I was incredibly grateful, especially since many other places were already closed or unable to help on such short notice. Their willingness to assist and excellent customer service really made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
