I have been a customer here for a few years now. The team is very honest and have been helpful with every service I've had done. I recommend this Firestone if you're looking for service you can trust. Today they went out of their way to help me get my battery replaced so that I could get home safely. Thank you!!!
I love the experience it was awesome no waiting no problems the manager even told me a 20 years customer to visit once a year for check up on my vehicle.
Called made a same day appointment, Mr. Bond was honest ,direct and my car was taken car of in a timely manner and I was treated with respect and honest communication. Much appreciated as time to me is worth more than money.
Brought my car in at 11AM for an oil change appointment. Tech told me it would be 1.5 hours. After 3 hours, car still wasn’t finished, because I was told the employees were on lunch break. After 4 hours, I got my car back, and was charged $120 for checks I did not ask for. Do not go here, they take your money and waste your time!!!!
