I typically deal with James when I bring my vehicle in for service. Customer service is always on point, and it’s great to see the impact he has on other locations within the brand. The other manager and techs are friendly. They all move with purpose and they’re never slow dragging around. I’m not a car guru so I’m always asking questions and they never have an issue with educating me and explaining in depth. I appreciate the entire team.
Great experience all around. Shout out to James the store manager, and the lady whose name escapes me. She was behind the counter and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The service was quick and seamless. Pricing was good. I’ll be back!!
This Firestone is good, the technicians and up front are great and helped me out. The wait time is long due to short staffing but it’s still great in and out as quick as possible.
Go anywhere else. I promise you’ll have a better experience. I’m trying to think of the last time I went here and had a smooth or positive experience. No proactive communication, constant attempts to upsell, and lack of professionalism on every visit. Finally going somewhere else further from my house because the convenience of proximity is no longer worth the hassle of dealing with this place.
