James and Megan, specifically, were incredibly helpful in a tricky situation. I mistakenly had a Firestone tire put on to replace a damaged tire. I had forgotten the tires were warrantied at the dealership. ( my mistake ) Not only did Megan offer a discount when I was charged, ( I thought it would free ) James offered me a refund for half the amount and had his technicians take the tire off, put spare back, and give me the damaged tire so I could take it to the dealership and have the correct tire replaced. Gracious help on a Sunday morning while we were out of town. Only reason for 3-stars instead of 5 is because of the dirty-looking store area; also, the condition of the one restroom. Black grease shoe prints are all over the floor, especially in front of the toilet. Realizing all the employees are men, but there are lady customers. Have some respect, gentlemen!
Went in to get a tire plugged. Took an hour to tell me I needed a new tire. I have tire protection, so took it to the dealer to get replaced, they were able to just plug it.
