Totally dishonest business. My daughters car went for tire leak and we left with a $1,600 repair estimate for struts and spark plugs. Brought the car else where and the struts are fine and spark plugs don’t need to be replaced for another 40k miles We will never do business with Firestone again

Worst service ever, called and said they can take my car for emissions, showed up 10 min later then was first told they can’t take me them told I’d have to wait an hour and would have to stay there, couldn’t come back. Will never ever go there again. This isn’t my first bad experience here but thought I’d try them again. Customer service is not their strong suit.

I will never use them again for service. I went to them for a tire patch and rotation only to find out the work was never done when my tire pressure light went off and it was the same tire needing repair. I also noticed the mark I put on the tire to let the tech know where the leak was was also on the same tire on the same side of the vehicle. Brought my 2008 Nissan Versa to the Glastonbury Firestone because the exhaust made a lot of noise , had them inspect it and they claimed I needed a new exhaust system and said it would cost me about $1200.00 to replace it ! Of course I wanted a 2nd opinion and brought it to Pops exhaust off of route 3 and they took a look at it and said I just need to replace the flex pipe and I paid 150.00 instead of $1200.00 ! That proves to me that firestone of Glastonbury are dishonest and charging customers for work that they don’t need... read more
